Visual Storyteller Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our creative team. As a key member, you will design and animate motion graphics and compositing for various mediums including projection mapping shows, immersive installations, and experiential media.

In this role, you will work across Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects), Nuke, Unreal Engine, and other key tools in our pipeline. Collaboration is essential, as you will work with creative directors, spatial designers, VFX artists, and editors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate motion graphics, focusing on visual impact, timing, transitions, and storytelling.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of core software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3–5 years in motion graphics / post-production / VFX environments.
  • Technical fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Foundry Nuke.
  • Creative capability: Strong sense of compositing, design, and storytelling.
  • Agility: Comfortable working across multiple formats—from high-res film to projection surfaces to interactive media.
  • Initiative: Self-starter mindset, strong learning orientation—especially toward generative workflows and innovative design mediums.
  • Collaboration: Excellent team communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process: Familiarity with version control, backups, render pipelines, and delivering assets in various file formats.
  • Attention to detail: Essential for mapping visuals onto complex surfaces or ensuring visual assembly across interactive contexts.
