Job Title: Motion Visual Designer

We're seeking a skilled motion visual designer to join our creative team. We craft solutions that make businesses smarter, faster, and creatively autonomous.

The role involves creating dynamic motion content that blends storytelling with sharp design principles. Your work will define how our brand moves and feels across various platforms.

This is a great opportunity for you to bring your ideas to life through animation, editing, and videography.

Required Skills:

  • Crafting engaging animations, reels, and short videos.
  • Editing crisp video content with smooth transitions and strong narrative flow.
  • Developing a consistent motion branding style that feels fresh yet recognizable.
  • Translating product features or campaign ideas into motion-first stories.
  • Collaborating with product and social teams to brainstorm and ship creative ideas efficiently.

Our go-to tools include:

  • Davinci Resolve.
  • Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Figma.
  • AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling AI, Gemini – plus the ability to prompt creatively to generate assets.

What we value in a candidate:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (strong portfolio/reels > years worked).
  • A natural instinct for storytelling and pacing in video content.
  • Solid grasp of design principles: typography, colour, spacing, and composition.
  • Ownership mindset with clear communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio or reel is mandatory, showcasing your creativity.
