Project Coordination Specialist

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish a project budget and manage expenditures to meet deadlines and achieve financial objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with project timelines and identify mitigation strategies for delays.
  • Implement effective change control processes to minimize disruptions.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead meetings, ensuring minutes are accurately recorded and actioned in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project updates on progress, costs, key risks, and decisions required.
  • Assess and resolve site coordination issues promptly.
  • Manage contract administration duties, including issuing payment certificates.
  • Ensure Health & Safety protocols are implemented and managed throughout the construction phase.
  • Coordinate the project handover and close-out phases efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Interior Fit-outs with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and observation abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
