We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Model N Specialist. This position requires strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX is required.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Cognos, BI Objects is a plus.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors is essential.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills are required.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc. is necessary.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology is beneficial.
