Job Title: Brand Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through brand partnerships, category management, and revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute brand development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and onboard homegrown and established lifestyle brands.
  • Negotiate exclusive deals and better margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management & Partnerships
    • Scale homegrown and established lifestyle brands.
    • Drive assortment strategies and business growth.
  • Category Management
    • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability.
  • Business Growth & P&L
    • Drive revenue and margin growth via pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
    • Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations, and seasonal events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams.
    • Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in category management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
