Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to coordinate all logistics operations, manage spares and sales inventory, and collaborate with warehouse teams for dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import, export, and inland movements
  • Manage spares and sales inventory levels
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch of materials
  • Cordinate return of faulty materials with customers
  • Work closely with global logistics team for dispatch of materials
  • Arrange logistics company services for dispatch and pickup of materials
  • Ensure timely customs clearance for materials release
  • Generate documents for logistics movements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Maintain logs and records of operations
  • Utilize CRM software efficiently
  • Perform regular audits of warehouse and inventory
Requirements:
  • 1-2 Years experience in supply chain operations
  • Detailed understanding of customs procedures
  • Knowledge of documentation requirements for logistics operations
  • Outstanding written communication skills in English
  • Other regional languages an asset
  • Expertise in excel
  • Ability to work with CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers, peers, and managers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and adaptability to other computer systems
