We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Provisioning & Activation Executives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the data, voice, VPN, and leased lines provisioning process based on customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the activation and validation of services using standard scripts and configuration templates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitoring order queues and handling provisioning tasks through OSS/BSS tools
  • Tracking and escalating delays or configuration issues proactively

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of networking concepts, and a willingness to learn telecom infrastructure and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, routing, switching)
  • Eagerness to learn telecom infrastructure and systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes

What You'll Learn:
