Identity and Access Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support applications in the areas of Identity and Access Management.

Ongoing Maintenance and Support:

  • Maintain and support access provisioning for applications in scope.

Application Upgrades and Testing:

  • Participate in application upgrades and testing of access provisioning applications.

Issue Resolution:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with access provisioning applications and provide support addressing these issues.

Problem Resolution for Users:

  • Resolve user problems related to access provisioning.

Bug and Issue Tracking/Resolution:

  • Track and resolve bugs and issues related to access provisioning.

Data Discrepancy Resolution:

  • Resolve discrepancies in data related to access provisioning.

Application Maintenance:

  • Perform maintenance tasks on access provisioning applications.

Regulatory Compliance and Validation:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and validate access provisioning processes.

Process, User Guide and Training Documentation:

  • Document processes, user guides, and training materials related to access provisioning.

Issue/Outage Escalation Contact:

  • Act as a contact point for escalating issues or outages related to access provisioning.

Provisioning Infrastructure:

  • Provision infrastructure for access provisioning applications.

Service Availability:

  • Ensure maximum availability of access provisioning services.

Incident Response:

  • Respond rapidly to incidents related to access provisioning.

Monitoring and Redundancy:

  • Monitor access provisioning services and ensure redundancy of environments.

Periodic Review:

  • Perform periodic reviews of access provisioning services.

Second-Level Support:

  • Provide second-level support for access provisioning infrastructure issues.

Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions:

  • Execute work according to approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

Modification and Creation of SOPs & WI's:

  • Modify and create new Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements.
  • Deliver customized testing solutions.

Training & Mentoring:

  • Mentor junior security engineers.
  • Provide training on application security testing tools and techniques.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all application security testing activities comply with industry standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, findings, and remediation efforts.
