The role demands significant sales growth through a team of 5 to 7 designers, achieving monthly targets by optimizing the sales funnel for at least a 40% conversion rate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Sales Funnel Management: Ensure a higher conversion rate through efficient lead management.
  • Project Booking: Secure a minimum of 6 projects per ID or achieve a 40% conversion rate on provided leads.
  • Customer Delight: Foster exceptional customer experiences in the Experience Center.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery through effective team leadership.
  • CSAT Excellence: Maintain an average CSAT score of >4 on every delivered project.
  • Team Enablement: Train and mentor designers to excel in sales and meet their targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in B-Arch / Civil Engineering.
  • 7-8 years of experience in Business Development and Growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales and Showroom Management.
