Mortgage Loan Processing AI Engineer

At the forefront of technological innovation, we are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to spearhead our mortgage loan processing workflows.

This is a pivotal role that demands in-depth expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge solutions using tools like Ollama, OpenAI, HuggingFace, and LangChain or similar frameworks.

  • Leverage ML/NLP/GenAI pipelines to automate loan origination, underwriting, and document intelligence processes, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions that harness the power of language models for intelligent document classification, summarization, and question answering.
  • Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems, such as LangChain Agents, AutoGen, and CrewAI, to drive autonomous decision-making, task planning, and loan-processing agents.
  • Fine-tune domain-specific LLMs and embeddings to enhance document analysis, extraction, and interpretation capabilities.
  • Design end-to-end MLOps workflows for scalable training, testing, and monitoring of models, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be an expert in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Spacy, and HuggingFace Transformers, with a strong understanding of Azure Cloud – including Azure ML, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

This position requires a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, explainability, and effectiveness of AI solutions. Additionally, experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure ML pipelines, or Kubeflow, and familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) are highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems.
  • Proven expertise with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Ollama, GPT-4, Mistral) and Agentic AI design.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud platforms.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and vector databases.
