Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from sourcing and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Procurement experience in interiors companies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of purchase orders (POs), invoices, budget rates, and other procurement-related processes is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Additional requirements include:

  • Being a permanent resident of Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and potentially having rotational week-off arrangements between Monday and Friday.
