The role of Junior Analyst III involves working as part of Front Office Operations (FOO) to support Global Fund Managers for business operations and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include building efficient front office processes, helping resolve issues related to investments process, and validating data completeness and accuracy.
A successful candidate will have working knowledge of operations and end-to-end workflows across asset classes, ability to assist and stay abreast of all front office operational issues, and investigate, research, and resolve any issues that may have incurred within the reporting period for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Mathematics, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in investment banking management industry. Technical abilities and/or other specialized skills, including knowledge of various asset classes and experience in front or middle office applications, are also preferred.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Working knowledge of operations and end-to-end workflows across asset classes
- Ability to assist and stay abreast of all front office operational issues
- Investigate, research, and resolve any issues that may have incurred within the reporting period
- Validate completeness and accuracy of data in various data reports
- Accurately process BAU requests and client instructions requests
- Compile data and supporting documentation for internal, external audits, reviews, and compliance requirements
- Transaction processing and ad-hoc tasks as allocated by front office teams
- Support and provide valuable inputs to our business partners on special projects or by contributing new ideas and initiatives
