Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Overview:

  • Manage and supervise construction projects on-site to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day construction activities and align them with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  2. Monitor work on-site to meet quality and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  4. Coordinate resources with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers for efficient allocation.
  5. Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  7. Address unexpected issues during construction and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  8. Communicate with clients about project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  9. Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E).
  • Experience: Fresher.
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
