We are currently seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in web development to drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor teams, and integrate AI models into scalable web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and integration of AI/ML models into web applications.
  • Architect and optimize AI-driven web solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI models using cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and implementation.
  • Guide the development of scalable web applications using Angular, C#, NestJS etc.
  • Ensure efficient data processing and model deployment in production environments.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud computing, and database management.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools for automating machine learning workflows.
  • Understanding of frontend and backend development for AI-powered applications.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize AI models for production.
