Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations Excellence Lead to join our team. This key role will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services in high-pressure banking environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management, with expertise in ITIL processes and vendor case coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for IT operations, ensuring efficient operations under ITIL frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong troubleshooting and configuration tuning skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow/BMC and ITIL processes.
