Senior Leadership Role

Description of Position

The position of Senior Leadership is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations and product development within the power electronics sector.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product development process from concept to release ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations including project planning, budget approval and resource allocation.
  • Talent Management: Lead mentor and develop teams providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.
  • Market Strategy: Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets.
  • Documentation: Oversee documentation of technical specifications test reports and patents.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or a related field PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices embedded systems control algorithms and hardware design.
  • Skilled in leading organizational development and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.
