Job Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and enhance operational workflows for intellectual property protection services, foster strong client relationships, and play a pivotal role in developing and managing new business models while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand protection and e-commerce activities: oversee enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client onboarding and planning: lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish strategies for protecting client brands.
  • Operational execution: collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tasks effectively.
  • Strategic growth and innovation: drive initiatives in process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
  • Business development: partner with the leadership team to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
