Job Overview

Are you a diligent and resourceful agricultural professional seeking an exciting opportunity to oversee seed production activities? Do you have experience working closely with farmers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and managing crop lifecycles from land preparation to harvest and dispatch?

This role is ideal for a proactive Production Assistant who can measure farms, advise on land preparation, distribute seeds, support sowing activities, monitor crop growth, apply pesticides, and report issues.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, coordinating harvest, packing, and dispatch to processing units. They must also maintain farmer and crop records, ensure safety compliance, and train laborers on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure farms and advise on land preparation
  • Distribute seeds and support sowing activities
  • Monitor crop growth and pesticide application
  • Report issues and coordinate harvest, packing, and dispatch

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements
