**Job Title: Breeding Assistant**

**Experience Required: Fresher or 1 year experience.**

**Education: B.Sc (Agriculture ) only**

a dedicated **Assistant Breeder** to support hybrid seed development and zonal field operations. The role involves managing field assistants, ensuring seed purity, collecting field data, and coordinating with breeders to drive successful hybrid projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate zone-wise supply of hybrid seeds
- Observe field trials, collect data, and report findings to the breeder
- Support development of new hybrid lines
- Ensure seed purity during production
- Manage and guide field assistants
- Maintain accurate seed stock documentation
- Implement cost-effective practices in hybrid production
- Enforce safety protocols during trials and field visits
- Promote safety compliance among field staff and laborers
