Job Title: Critical Care Specialist

The ideal candidate should possess a strong clinical background in critical care medicine with experience providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver critical care services to patients in the ICU and Emergency Department.
  • Perform life-saving procedures including intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management.
  • Manage complex cases involving trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients.

  • Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff and junior doctors.
  • Ensure proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.
