As a seasoned professional in the field of data science, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI applications using large language models like GPT-3 and BERT.
  • Design frameworks like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs to support data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AI and generative models on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and generative modeling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Data science and machine learning
  • AI applications and generative AI modeling
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent languages.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models and frameworks like RAG and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Experience working with large datasets using SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience deploying AI and generative models in production environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with domain-specific data sources and challenges—especially in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven experience leading data science projects end-to-end, with demonstrated project management and team collaboration skills.
