Legal Operations Manager - Regional Lead
Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Manager to lead our company's legal affairs in the US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal document repository, overseeing the company's commercial contracting process, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and information privacy requirements.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Managing the legal document repository and updating it from time to time
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and information privacy requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders and account owners/departments to ensure closure of contracts
- Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Coordinating with external lawyers/firms in case of any litigations in respective region
- Communicating and negotiating with external parties (customers/vendors) on contractual clauses
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the US, Middle East or Southeast Asia
- Strong hold on drafting/reviewing contracts
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in handling litigations
- Exposure in mergers and acquisitions (preferred)
