**MEP Design Engineer Role**
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to lead our projects. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in MEP design, project management, and strong industry connections. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and managing MEP projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential MEP projects through industry research and networking.
- Engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.
- Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion.
- Maintain detailed records of all projects, including client interactions, project progress, and financial performance.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in MEP technology, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in MEP design, engineering, or project management.
- Strong network within the construction, real estate, or building industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
