Highly Skilled Application Specialist

As a Senior Java Spring Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of complex application services within a project team or as part of an application support role.
This is a key position that requires advanced technical expertise and leadership skills to drive high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Developers analyze, design, code, test and implement systematic solutions to meet customer demands.
- Provide comprehensive support to maintain applications that meet service levels, system availability, performance and quality standards required by customers.
- Mentor less experienced team members to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.
- Take a lead role in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support.
- Utilize the full system development life cycle per current standards to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business needs.
- Provide technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary.
- Perform work in compliance with all relevant standards, policies and procedures.
- Candidate should have at least 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in devops tools like Git, Gradle is essential.
