Job Description

As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

You will work closely with our Director of Innovation to design and deliver innovation programs that drive value for our corporate clients.

  • Innovation Program Design & Management - Develop tailored innovation programs that align with client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement - Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities for human-centered innovation.
  • Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout each project phase: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
