We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Generative AI division.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in AI and ML to lead our team of experts in developing innovative GenAI-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through strategic technology implementations.

  • Develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of experts in developing GenAI-based applications using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Build scalable and robust applications using Python, with a focus on data engineering principles and technologies (e.g., ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing).
  • Maintain expertise in AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), as well as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in AI and ML, with a focus on GenAI-based application development.
  • Strong experience in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Extensive experience in building scalable and robust applications using Python.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering principles and technologies (e.g., ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing).
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Experience with RFP/Pre-sales.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
