Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and drawing portfolios in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with expertise in creating innovative and sustainable designs that enhance spaces and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality design and drawing portfolios within tight deadlines
  • Take ownership of statutory drawings for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects
  • Ensure adherence to manpower budgets for each activity in projects being handled
  • Grow professionally and facilitate professional growth and development of the reporting team
  • Provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, engendering high levels of satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor and Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior space and architectural projects
  • Proficiency in Revit software
  • Strong communication and project management skills
