As a seasoned Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing identity solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to architect solutions and shape system design.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern software engineering and architecture concepts, including end-to-end test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful web services. They should also possess extensive knowledge of identity proofing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and detection technologies.

You will work closely with the Product and Architecture teams to define and design CIAM solutions that achieve business objectives. Your authoritative knowledge of IAM protocols, such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, FIDO, and SCIM, is highly desirable.

This role requires someone who can partner with various teams to drive change and implement robust automation strategies for maintaining hardened systems and containers. The successful candidate will be able to identify and manage risks, proactively contribute constructive feedback, and bring alternative solutions to the table.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Deep familiarity with IAM protocols, such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, FIDO, and SCIM
  • Experience with key IAM and cybersecurity concepts, like single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, directories, API gateways, SOA services, threat detection, etc.
  • Proven experience solving problems in complex domains
  • Understanding of a range of modern software engineering and architecture concepts
  • AUTHORITATIVE KNOWLEDGE OF IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY OR CYBERSECURITY
