Job Opportunity

The Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective monitoring of compliance across residential child care homes. The key responsibilities include conducting daily and weekly audits, reviewing quality reports, examining documentation, and maintaining centralised audit trackers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Review and check quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated in company systems.
  • Maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination, and liaison.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail in reviewing reports and documents.
  • Proficiency in digital documentation tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
