Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Leader to spearhead residential and commercial ventures from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project progress, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives in collaboration with senior management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
