Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex business problems using latest AI applications, demonstrating significant value to clients in the insurance/healthcare industries.
  • Lead project teams comprising consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, data/ML engineers etc.
  • Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams, participating in workshops to identify high-impact business problems for AI-based solutions.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytics problem statements.
  • Design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics/data solutions with a product mindset, collaborating with internal CoEs (e.g., Cloud, Engineering, Data Sciences, MLOps).
  • Own/drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business & financial metrics.
  • Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytics approaches.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7-10 years delivering advanced analytics/engineering/Bi solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems to analytics/data problem statements.
  • Experience scoping, development, validation/deployment explanatory/predictive/prescriptive analytic solutions with a product mindset.
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/DE/AI techniques - when and why they are used, interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
  • Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in client decision making.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, linking analytics to business value delivered.
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools (R, Python).
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and visualizing data using Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Excellent written/oral/presentation interpersonal/stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA from reputable institutes preferred.
