Senior Legal Associate Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a senior legal associate to join our law firm in Solapur, India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience in litigation and dispute resolution. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide expert legal advice and support to clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in legal matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead litigation and dispute resolution proceedings to minimize risks and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues and compliance matters.
