Senior Creative Lead

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivering outstanding results on well-recognized projects. They take a hands-on approach to executing design projects, consistently upholding high standards of creativity and innovation.

This role requires direct ownership of design deliverables from concept through completion, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

A genuine interest in leveraging AI in creative design is also highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats.
  2. Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying partner schools' brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet the quality standards and partner school guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and a keen interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
