The Customer Experience Applications Team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge applications that integrate Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services. Our goal is to deliver high-value, complete, and predictive scenarios across all devices and form factors.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering Dynamics 365 Contact Center on Azure. This project enables our customers to run intelligent and highly scalable contact centers, empowering them to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing innovative applications using Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and prioritize features and functionalities.
  • Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
