UI/UX Designer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with designers and the marketing team to ensure smooth web/mobile design and successful execution of UI/UX practices and principles on all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and requirements for creating user experience design
  • Evaluate and develop UI/UX design strategies for brands
  • Design graphic elements such as widgets, tabs, search boxes, and menus
  • Develop design ideas using process flow, storyboards, and sitemaps
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through flow diagrams, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, prototypes, and sitemaps
  • Test UI elements such as page layouts, page flows, CTAs banners, target links, and page designs for landing pages
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design or a related field
  • 2-6 years of experience working as a UI/UX designer or a similar position
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Visio, Android, iOS, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Design Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills
