Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing client requirements, analyzing them, and documenting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate ideas precisely.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data for data loading, verify, and test application functionality with client data.
  • Capture and understand client requirements, analyze, and map to product solution.
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Communicate with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and inquiries.
  • Handle client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure.
  • Test system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional/cross-regional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
