Job Title: GRC Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Analyst to join our team. As a GRC Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our GRC initiatives and programs, ensuring the reduction of business risk in partnership with security, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Matillion sales team in responding to customers' security and privacy-related questions within SLAs.
  • Evaluate vendor-related cybersecurity assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Support the GRC function in overseeing internal IT controls assurance initiatives, including internal and external audits.
  • Provide prompt responses to external customers' security and privacy-related queries.
  • Aid in the evaluation and reporting of key regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, CCPA, CSA STAR, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC2, NIST CSF, etc.
  • Update policies and procedures to enhance Matillion's cybersecurity and privacy program maturity.
  • Participate in risk remediation activities across IT and with business stakeholders through the risk register program.
  • Automate and track tasks where necessary within JIRA.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of GRC tools, security questionnaires automations, and JIRA/Confluence.
  • Ability to quickly prepare KPIs/Powerpoint to present to management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in completing team projects and working in a team environment.
  • Desire to build a career in the field of information systems and information security.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and research in a dynamic environment.
