Role Summary:

We seek a highly motivated individual to oversee the successful implementation of our Life Skills Programs at schools across AP and Telangana.

The Implementation Coordinator will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

This role requires a self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and goes beyond defined tasks to ensure program success.

  • Program Development: Work closely with our content team to ensure quality of the program. Actively participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of our Life Skills Programs across assigned schools. Maintain implementation timelines and milestones. Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  • School Collaboration: Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads. Conduct needs assessments and feedback from the schoolteachers and management.
  • Program Delivery: Program roll out at schools in order to ensure smooth delivery of the program. Conduct classes for students as and when required. Conduct training programs for teachers as and when required. Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) including content management, timely first level support to schools and coordinate with LMS technical team for bug fixes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field. Strong understanding of child development and learning theory. Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.
