Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects from concept generation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically in Passenger Car Body-In-White (BIW) design and assembly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative BIW components
  • Optimizing costs on components and assembly
  • Providing expert knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) of BIW components
  • Proficiency with NX surfacing software
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Managing project plans and deliverables

Key Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Passenger Car BIW design and assembly
  • Deep understanding of BIW structure and assembly processes
  • Familiarity with joining techniques of BIW structures
  • Knowledge of materials, FMEA, GD&T, and Stack Up principles
  • Experience with Team Center software is essential
