Strategic Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage operational workflows for our IP protection services, build strong relationships with clients, and drive strategic growth and innovation.

About the Role:

  • Manage enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver effective enforcement, customer-facing tasks, and process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Proven track record of success in managing operational workflows, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills, commercial instinct, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Master's degree in Business and/or Legal.
