Visual Storyteller

We are looking for a creative and technically sharp Director of Photography (DOP) who can shape the visual storytelling of our projects with a fresh, content-first approach.

The DOP will lead the visual execution of podcasts, tutorial videos, talking-head explainers, and YouTube content. The role requires collaboration with our creative leads and production team to design efficient yet engaging setups that bring clarity, style, and impact to every video.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with creative leads to define the visual style and direction for each project.
  • Plan and execute camera work, gimbal operations, lighting setups, and shot compositions across formats.
  • Operate and manage professional cameras, lenses, lighting gear, audio equipment, and gimbals.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high visual quality across all content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a DOP (preferably in digital content, branded video, or YouTube productions).
  • A strong portfolio of social-first content, podcasts, explainers, or branded videos.
  • Hands-on experience with DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras (Sony/Canon/RED), lenses, lighting setups, gimbals, and audio/sound gear.
  • A strong grasp of composition, lighting design, framing, and modern YouTube aesthetics.
