Job Title: KYC Intern (Freshers Only)
About the RoleThis is a training program designed to equip you with both practical and theoretical knowledge. As a Branch Internship Trainee Associate, you will be trained on various aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities- Handling walk-in enquiries and supporting customers at the branch for KYC and documentation purposes.
- Providing customer service and orientation to clients.
- Verifying KYC documents in the backend.
- Collecting interest from customers and informing them about updated callings.
- Identifying new leads and pitching to potential clients.
- Managing all aspects of customer relationships, including client servicing and relationship building.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent time management skills.
