Airport Operations Management Executive

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Airport Operations Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC).
  • This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to synchronize airport processes and sub-processes in real-time.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information flows at airports.
  • A key responsibility will be to implement approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to AOCC.
  • The Executive will work closely with stakeholders to monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Another crucial aspect will be to allocate resources effectively as per seasonal plans.
  • The successful candidate must be well-versed in aviation regulations and standards set by DGCA and BCAS.
  • He/She will continuously evaluate and improve AOCC operations to achieve optimal efficiency, safety, and punctuality without compromising service quality.
  • The team will rely on the Executive's expertise to manage airport processes proactively, prevent operational bottlenecks, and maintain accurate data entry in the system.
  • Additionally, this position involves ensuring that all relevant procedures are followed during cancelled flights, coordinating with airport partners for smooth operations, and providing accurate data for aircraft entries and daily management reports.
  • The chosen candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to brief new partners about AOCC and its benefits.
