Fulfillment Technology Specialist

  • Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs that drive business growth.
  • Develop high-quality code that is robust, readable, and scalable.
  • Possess the drive to dive deep, thrive, and progress even in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborate with teams to discuss and implement ideas that improve our services.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex systems.
  • Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems with real-world performance trade-off understanding.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
  • Deep experience in designing scalable, distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
