The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, with a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Engage closely with clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate them into actionable plans
  • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)

A successful Project Manager in this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

They will also possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and be able to apply these principles to drive project success.
