Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Payments and SWIFT Messaging to assume a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will design and document payment messaging frameworks aligned with ISO20022 and SWIFT protocols, ensuring seamless transaction processing and regulatory compliance for banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document payment messaging frameworks aligned with ISO20022 and SWIFT protocols.
  • Ensure seamless transaction processing and regulatory compliance for banking clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments and SWIFT domain.
  • Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging (FIN/MT, ISO20022, FileAct, Interact).
  • Experience in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and use case documents.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, using tools like Jira and Git.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferrable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of other payment systems (e.g., RTGS, SEPA, ACH, CHIPS, Fedwire).
  • Exposure to regulatory initiatives like CBPR+, SWIFT gpi, or real-time payments.
  • Experience working with banking clients or global financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in using tools for process modeling (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
