We are looking for a Senior Analyst who can lead a team, manage payment governance systems, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, experienced with payment systems/reconciliation, and skilled in maintaining system stability while ensuring governance across workflows.Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting.- Manage, monitor, and enhance Payment Governance Systems for accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.- Build and automate dashboards/reports to track key metrics and system performance.- Identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution for payment-related issues.- Define, document, and enforce processes, SOPs, and governance protocols.- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit :- 3 - 5 years of experience in analytics, data systems, or system operations.- Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized teams.- Strong command of SQL and advanced querying techniques.- Hands-on experience with payment systems, reconciliation, or financial data platforms (mandatory).- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
