Power Platform Developer Position",

A leading organization seeks a skilled Power Platform Developer to join its dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of the enterprise by designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Building automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision making and drive business outcomes.
  • Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) to ensure seamless functionality and scalability.
  • Leveraging Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration and to meet the growing demands of the business.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions that drive business value.
  • Applying best practices for architecture, governance, and security to ensure the integrity and reliability of the developed solutions.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.

  • Technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive results.
  • Data management skills with a strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • User experience design skills to create user-friendly, responsive interfaces that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Governance skills with familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration skills with strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.

Candidates must also hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in a related domain.
