About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and drive business growth. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored solutions for complex business challenges.

You will be responsible for transforming program designs into configured solutions that meet customer needs, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Complex Solutions: Utilize Industry Cloud technology and the Salesforce platform to design and develop innovative business processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and other stakeholders to turn their designs into functional solutions.
  • Drive Project Success: Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from low-level design and development to deployment and post-production support.

You will acquire a deep understanding of Salesforce Industries vertical applications and mentor customer resources to accelerate knowledge transfer.

In addition, you will act as a champion in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, sharing best practices and time-saving techniques.

Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience working on deployment teams using Agile development techniques.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in building solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical presentations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced Skills: Knowledge of OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts).
  • Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification.
