Exciting Technical Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our software development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will boast 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications with a strong focus on technical skills such as .Net Core, Angular JS, C#.Net, and Azure/AWS. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience working with globally distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop software solutions that meet functional and technical design specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide input to technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and alternatives.
- Estimate work, perform trade-offs between implementation, schedule, and cost/resource constraints, and recommend optimal alternatives.
- Share technical expertise with junior developers to enhance their skills.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in software design, development, and testing.
- Strong technical skills in .Net Core, Angular JS, C#.Net, Web API, Azure/AWS.
- Database management skills, primarily SQL server/Postgres.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps/VSO, Bitbucket, GitHub, Swagger, Postman.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience of working collaboratively with globally distributed teams.
